The Organizers reserve the right to remove from publication and/or presentation an abstract which does not comply with the above.
Poster presentations
- Microsoft Powerpoint (PPT) is the ideal format. Please use the template provided (available in the first week of September)
- Horizontal format is mandatory with a simple and clear typeface (Arial, Arial black, Calibri…) and regular text size no less than 16
- To check that information display correctly on the final version, zoom in to 100% and check all images, pictures and graphs. It is better to use high quality images and graphs when creating your poster
- Don’t stretch the images manually or quality will be lost once zoomed in
- Completed posters should be sent to Secretariat no later than 3 October 18:00. Please upload the file to https://files.fm/ not to loose the quality.
- Poster presentations are planned as indicated in the program (available in the second week of September)
- Presentation time is strictly 5 minutes
Oral presentations
How to prepare your presentation
- Format: your presentation should be prepared in PPTX (Powerpoint) format.
- Layout: please keep the top right corner of your slides, free from title, text, or images (to avoid being hidden by your camera and other images)
- No specific template is used. You can use your own design and logos. Congress logo available here
Your presentation should be provided to the IT technician in the meeting room preferably in the morning before the Congress starts and no later then during the break before your talk.
